Used to be a good company to work for. Now when you give a 2 week notice to be professional they pull you off the schedule when it works for them and when you request a call back they pretend you don't exist. HR is also no help as they don't care about employees. Unless it's something that they can be sued over, they're not going to work with you at all. Horrible, terrible experience with the management and some caregivers who work for the Key & use to work for, or also transfered from Stowell Ass. to thw Key. Once original owners of Stowell sold the company, it got to be the bottom of the barell care. Then the Key eventually bought them but you will notice thoer website keeps the "Stowell" name for cate managers, etc. which is a farce.
