I had a couple of problems initially but all sorted now. I am very happy with my care workers, Chrissie and Peter! They are both amazing! So caring and capable. My Case manager Rose is lovely and very helpful. Easy to get in touch with too. Jess took over while Rose was away and was very helpful too. I am now very happy with Home Care Assistance Newcastle.
To say " I feel loved" is not an exaggeration. Personally, HCA has enhanced my wellbeing . Thanks to all in the office and carers.
High level of competence, friendliness, reliability. Good local support. 10/10
Some settling in problems early on, but now very happy with HCA. Staff and management are very helpful.
