I wouldn't be able to cope at home without Home Care Assistance. The helpers who come into my home and assist with my house work go well beyond my expectations. Home care pays about 2/3 of frozen meals which makes it affordable and necessary if you have severe arthritis like me. There are other services and products you are entitled to.
