HCA is a completely unmanageable agency. They charge clients extremely high fees, and the owner has no idea how to talk to or manage staff properly. This is exactly why I left the agency. I strongly recommend that no one deal with this agency.

I was a client of Home Care Assistance SE for about six months. When the new My Aged Care rules were introduced, I was taken aback to learn that the service provider planned to impose a 10% charge on every invoice for each service I was receiving. Additionally, they raised their hourly rate from $79.50 to $116. To me, this seemed quite greedy as the extra money they were charging could have gone towards another applicant for My Aged Care.
