The Key has helped greatly with Mum's care. Jessica and Shawntel always give her the caregivers she needs and on the times we need them. They always make sure to give us ones that are a good match for us. Can't say enough good things about The Key and the service they provide!
Such a positive experience with The Key! I only have good things to say. The aide that took care of my Mom was amazing. She was bright, bubbly and professional. She spent quality time with my Mom and improved her quality of life. Shawntel was easy to get a hold of and was prompt with anything that was requested. I highly recommend using The Key.
I've been working with Shawntel Sousa for a couple of years now as we work thru my mother's decline due to dementia. She is an outstanding caregiver, but more importantly for her role she is a very strong and capable team leader and program manager. In corporate world language I would rate her a top block, ready and capable for greater responsibilities and roles if she wanted them.
