Deeply disappointed by the lack of after sales service. Reverted to them asking if I could return an item that wasn’t structurally suited to the wall in my space. I was happy to swap it with something else but after a few phone calls, dead silence. For the amount of money I spent I expected a more professional and mutually advantageous end result.
My Mother and I visited the store today. Whether the woman who served us is a staff member or the owner is of no relevance to me. My mother and I have shopped in here quite a few times in the past and have bought some nice quality items. I went into Home By Déja Vu tonight as I was after some inspiration with how to accent a particular area of the home. Olivia was so wonderful and helpful. I showed her some photos of the room and she brought together some pieces from the store which were absolutely perfect and it all came together at a really reasonable price. Could not recommend her highly enough and will also be taking up the in-home consultation too in the near future!
