Deeply disappointed by the lack of after sales service. Reverted to them asking if I could return an item that wasn’t structurally suited to the wall in my space. I was happy to swap it with something else but after a few phone calls, dead silence. For the amount of money I spent I expected a more professional and mutually advantageous end result.
My Mother and I visited the store today. Whether the woman who served us is a staff member or the owner is of no relevance to me. My mother and I have shopped in here quite a few times in the past and have bought some nice quality items. At times we’ve been greated, other times the women are too busy talking amongst them selves to acknowledge us. None the less we kept coming in. However today we had a very disappointing experience. I went into Home By Déja Vu tonight as I was after some inspiration with how to accent a particular area of the home. Olivia was so wonderful and helpful. I showed her some photos of the room and she brought together some pieces from the store which were absolutely perfect and it all came together at a really reasonable price. Could not recommend her highly enough and will also be taking up the in-home consultation too in the near future!
