The owner of TCI Development, Paul Taylor, went above and beyond our expectations. We had recently purchased a property and immediately started noticing water intrusion. What started as a few drops of water pooling on the floor eventually led to sections of our ceiling collapsing on a Sunday afternoon. We had a house fire on August 31, 2010. It was considered a total rebuild because even though the fire started in the garage, it spread into the attic. From the fire, water and soot the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. It even damaged the cement in the garage, which had to be repoured. As the owner of the house and insurance policy we were able to choose our own contractor.
