The customer service at the contractor desk is laughable. Ron is so rude everytime I’m in there. Refuses to order anything because it’s “too much work” dude, I’m looking for screws! This is a building supply store. Why wouldn’t you order in? Especially when I’m paying for the whole order. So much money lost here. Go to southside even if they can’t get everything you need. At least they try! The home hardware building supply in penticton is so much better if you can make the trip. Amazing customer service!
