Stopped using this company not because dispatch was hard to work with or that they didn't pick up or drop off when they said they would, we stopped using HBS because they have double billed us several times, billed without providing supporting invoices/receipts/documentation, and ran our credit card without authorization. After reading several of the other reviews, it seems this is a consistent problem for many. I'd suggest finding another dumpster company that can invoice you correctly for their goods and services.
This company has double charged me several times and billed me bogus charges multiple times. This time I have called them for 3 weeks straight to get my double charge credited back to my credit card. The absolute worst in customer service. If your a business I would be checking very carefully your credit card statements for billing errors as they happen very frequently with this company. Something smells very wrong. After 5 consecutive billing errors I am done with these crooks!
Very poor customer service. The woman I spoke with on the phone was not accommodating when they messed up my company's billing. Very awful experience - do not recommend
It is unfortunate that I cannot give a .5 star review of this company. They are completely unprofessional, they have an employee named Angie, (I guess in customer service?) that was volatile, rude and accusatory. We have withdrawn our business with them and then got charged a second time. We will not recommend this company, and in fact took the time to write this review so others could be warned! It's a shame that she was so disrespectful.
Horrible customer service, never answer there phone, poor and rude communication will never every use them again.
