I've had Home Builders LLC perform several jobs over the last few years. Franco first worked for me to build/add a Class C RV garage. I also had him paint the entire house and yard wall, which involved some stucco patching. Excellent work! No hidden charges. This went so well, I hired him again to replace a window. That went so well I hired him again to replace two more windows. Then, I hired him to re-coat the roof. I hired him again to replace the mechanical room doors. We Just had an Office added onto our house. Franco and his team were so wonderful to work with. We were able to stay within our budget and also get a porch added to make it look like a court yard. We wanted metal roof to match the house and that was no problem. We were told by other contractors that was not possible. I strongly DO NOT recomment Home Builders LLC. Not only did they take months to create a blue print and exhibit poor customer service by not communicating with us. We asked to have a room done within 3 months, which they assured us they would, but they took 3 months just to create the blue print. Worse, they hit us with outrageous hidden fees. Specifically, they initially charged $1,000 for the blue print, then the next week they added an additional $1000 for the same blue print. They threatened that we were contracted with ... read more
