I wanted a garage for our motorhome, so I contacted Franco at Home Builders LLC. We discussed the project & cost which was very reasonable considering what I wanted. After obtaining the necessary permits he and his crew began work. The project went smoothly and Franco was there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Franco and Home Builders LLC for any of your construction needs.
Although I never forgot that I was a client, I felt like we had a friend building our garage. The crew were efficient and showed a high degree of professionalism. We had a few changes and requests during the build which were easy to implement and well received. The change orders were provided quickly and didn't delay the project. We are quite happy with our new garage and the process to get it built.

Very good quality workmanship. Responsive to small changes to the project while ongoing.
Beware! They agreed to services and bailed at the last minute. After completing our new addition, they left us without a new front door or overhang. They didn't even offer referrals and now I'm scrambling to finish this project, just in time for monsoon season. They make promises that they can't keep. I would not recommend Home Builders!
