Terrible company. I ordered a couch online it’s been 2 weeks and no tracking information has been given to me tracking just says processing. They are NOT letting me cancel my order because they have processed this in their warehouse supposedly. But why haven’t I been given a tracking number????? WHY CAN I NOT CANCEL A SHIPMENT THAT HAS NOT EVEN BEEN DELIVERED TO MY HOME let alone been given a tracking number. DO NOT order from here there is a reason why their stores closed down terrible customer service.
Great store. Very festive. Lots of things to look at. Busy when we were there. Will return.
