I printed out all forms necessary, as well as copies of 2 forms of ID; had USPS forms notarized, paid notary fee AND postage to mail them the packet and have heard NOTHING! Numerous calls have gone unanswered, as have 4 emails--one sent per week--utilizing their "Contact Form". A GIGANTIC exercise in Futility, AND an ENTIRE MONTH gone, putting me WAY behind schedule. WHAT A WASTE!
