They're the worst when it comes to customer service. They're supposed to help you but they have very nasty attitudes. They make it so difficult to help you find a new place to live.

There’s a Lady there her name is Jazmine D. She’s amazing I been through hell with Homebase but some how a new case manager was hired and I was assigned to her and when i say on time calls she stayed on top of everything with me moving into my new place! She had it done less then a week other people was giving both of us a hard time but she still managed to get me in my place and I was on edge of losing my new place because of the wait.
