There’s a Lady there her name is Jazmine D. She’s amazing I been through hell with Homebase but some how a new case manager was hired and I was assigned to her and when i say on time calls she stayed on top of everything with me moving into my new place! She had it done less then a week other people was giving both of us a hard time but she still managed to get me in my place and I was on edge of losing my new place because of the wait. My whole apartment got flooded with sewage water. When I called on the phone to see if they can help me with a new apartment for my baby and myself, I was told don't worry they are going to help me. However when I went in for my appointment I was told they can't help me and my son. This was because I wasn't getting an eviction, not on PA and I never lived in a shelter. Wasted my time, i thought this organization was in the bronx to help people in need.
