I had walked in to open an account the ladies in the front was so nice greeting me when I walked in. Then they had told me someone will be with me shortly.They had a tall lady in the back just standing around she seemed to not want to help she passed me off to someone else. And then went to her office and was playing on her phone when I walked out the door.
The employees know what they are doing and have never had a problem.
