I called Home Bank because I was interested in an investor's loan. A loan officer returned my call and said he was going to call me back in an hour. He "put me on his schedule". So of course he did not call back. I called the next day and the same guy returned my call and said he "accidentally" put me on the schedule for today at 3:30pm. Well of course he didn't back.
