Friendly customer service. Small Town Vibe....
I have been banking with Home bank for like 2 1/2 years. Went to pay bills and my card kept declining , so I went to the mobile app and it said CLOSED!!!! They closed my account with no warning what so ever. So I called to find out the reason as to why, she said that 3 letters were mailed out as to why the account was closed, mine you I have the post office app as well to see what is being delivered. Not once did I ever receive any letters from them. I also asked her were is my direct deposit than she said (like no big deal)... read more
