Mike stopped and provided the best price to include 26K generator and installation out two other companies who provided quotes. Waiting for the installation now.
From the initial meeting with Don through the completion of the installation they took care of me on a very professional manner. Would highly recommend them.
Install went great and and less time then what they said, and clean up was very well done. Great job.
While I am extremely happy with the system installed, the installation was another story. They didn't want to work in the crawl space to do the electrical and asked if they could trench it instead. They promised to do a good job but of course they didn't. My husband had to re-do it and it took him hours to get it fixed up. Also not happy the salesman didn't bother to follow up on the install to see if we were happy with it or not. I would thinki that would be a standard practice. But again, the system itself is great!!
