Installation went smoothly, the gentlemen that came to my home were courteous and friendly. Provided clear instructions on how to use and needed maintenance care. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent team of people to install our whole home generator. There were no surprises and installation went smoothly. They cleaned up everything after the install, tested it while we watched and answered any questions we had. In fact, 5 days later we lost power and in 5 seconds, power kicked back in just as promised. This system gives us piece of mind.
Everything went perfectly. All parties at the office and installation were great. Everyone was friendly, courteous, knowable and professional. We originally scheduled in October of 2024, but when they arrived, we found that our neighbor’s power would have to be cut also (duplex where meters were stacked, ours being the top), and would also require WE Energy shutoff and city inspectors. The Team at Home Backup Systems were fantastic, from beginning to end. The installation went flawless because the team came out twice, prior to installation day, (complicated install) to ensure they knew the plan. I highly recommend Home Backup Systems for your generator needs.
The workers showed up promptly at the designated time to start their work. They all explained what the process would entail and the approximate time to be finished. All work was done professionally and efficiently. Each of the workers were courteous and pleasant to work with.
