I feel the clean up could have been much better. We are both close to 70 years old and have been picking up various things that the workers should have taken the time to do. Two of our arborvitae’s were pretty well smashed, one by the electrician. We take great pride in our yard, so that is quite upsetting. Last, bring a port-a-potty for these guys. Very professional from first meeting through installation today!! Everyone involved was polite, informative and a pleasure to work with. Seth, Eric and crew, that were out here today very fantastic with the installation!! We are very happy with our generator!!
We were very happy with the guys who came to set up our Generac Generator. Seth, Ryan, Ty, and Eric were very friendly, explained everything about the generator,and answered all my questions. Michael Hesselman did a great job explaining the system when we first looked at it. We would highly recommend Home Backup Systems. Thankyou guys.
