I am very impressed with the service I have received regarding my generator. they are very prompt and dependable.
I had Randy cleaning/inspect of my air conditioning and furnace. He was very thorough, and took his time to make sure everything was working correctly. I appreciated that he took his boots off before walking on my carpet, and took the time to explain potential issues with my heating system. He found one issue with my AC, which he was able to fix on site. The peace of mind I have knowing that my furnace will be ready for the coming winter season was definitely worth it!
I have been thuroughly impressed with Home Backup Systems from start to (almost) finished. Randy gave things to us straight. Recommended what we "should" do without any pressure and gave us options. He's worked with our schedule and been a machine to get things done as fast as possible. I highly recommend them for anything you might need.
