I've been happy renting with this company thus far. Pay on time and communicate any issues like an adult and things get taken care of. 👌🏽
AKA Ryan Smith is telling the truth about Wade Gabriel and his flophouse ripoff rentals. This sorry excuse for a human is a compulsive liar and a thief. The best advise to all decent people is to stay away. I do highly recommend his rentals to all the deadbeats and criminals out there because his $40 background checks are not performed.
