The ladies at reception could be a bit more welcoming. They don’t usually say good morning or anything like that. However, the cleaning men are super friendly. Even though the reception staff aren’t very friendly, I have no complaints about their work.
I have been living in this apartment since October 2023. The location is the best in the city. Coles, Woolworths, and all restaurants like McDonald's and Subway are very close. All the receptionists are excellent. They are very helpful and responsive. When I first moved to the 9th floor, I had an issue with the refrigerator and had to change it within 2 days.
