Exceptional service from Home Assist. My gas leak problem has been fixed within the days. Diane very helpful and professional.
I am impressed with the home assist program so far, after I had to call on them for a hot water service issue after purchasing a newly built property. After contacting home assist as new owner, a plumber was sent promptly to address the issue. A huge difference compared to other buildingcompanies I have dealt with previously.
Damian from Home Assist did an amazing job with organising the repair and rectification of a leak and subsequent damage found in our wall. He approached the situation with empathy, practicality and common sense. Appreciate home assist making this process an easy one for our family and would recommend building with them solely based on their aftercare service.
