On this occasion I dealt with Ben who actively listened and solved my query in a timely manner and to my entire satisfaction. Thank you and well done the Home Assist team, it is greatly appreciated.
Mark and the Home Assist team were totally professional, prompt and just offered good old customer service. Work was carried out and completed on time as promised by all of the trades that attended. Mark kept us in the loop at all times and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to the Team at Home Assist for the work completed after our 12-month Service Check with ABN Celebration Homes. We couldn't be happier, all tradies turned up on time and work completed to the highest standard and cleaned up after themselves :) We would definitely build with ABN again in the future!
Had an excess water leak due to plumbing problem near the site meter. Had a plumber on site and leak repaired next day. Extremely happy with the service and got a follow up email with a job card the next day so I could apply for the invoice allowance.
