After several issues with DAH during construction it was a pleasure to deal with Home Assist, supervisors, managers and admin staff have all been very helpful and accommodating. Starting with Dean Clarke and Dean Walters who were both on site last week. These guys worked solidly all day and rectified the issues we had. Due to an internal mix up an item was overlooked - Diane Houghton and Frits (service manager) took it on board and were able to facilitate a speedy and amicable outcome.
Jodie and Mark at home assist were fabulous to deal with, a great support when we needed to fix a problem. Much appreciated. Janet and Craig
If you purchase a dale Alcock home & you did not watch the painters prepare the walls prior to being painted & your site supervisor did not bring this subject up for whatever reason then I suggest this… prior to your 12 mth warranty expiring, I encourage you to peel back the already painted walls to see if your walls were sealed before being painted.
