I would not recommend this company! This is an awful company with poor customer service. I paid them for 3 months of service on 10/26 $790. I reached out to customer service multiple times due to my account not being setup and I was receiving leads that they had previously sent me in 2021 when I used the service. I cancelled my account due to the quality of leads. I was contacted in October by Angela who said they had started verifying leads and said agents were seeing a huge success. Unethical at the highest degree! I cancelled my renewal with this company, they charged my credit card a day after I cancelled. Refuse to refund the money. I have disputed the charge with my bank. For the past year they never posted to my website, then when I cancelled, they make three post, like they are doing a service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOME ASAP LLC. you will be highly dissapointed. They are the worse, unethical, theives, no concious having company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most horrific marketing company I have ever had to deal with. I signed up for 1 year of their so called marketing services. I never received one lead from their marketing. They renewed for a second year and charged me an additional $149.00 without authorization. I immediately cancelled their service and requested a refund. As of today they have done not cancelled the service or refunded my money for literally worthless marketing. The whole thing is a scam. Run, run, run. The other negative reviews are legit. These folks are only interested in your money and not their performance. I had (have, cause I am stuck with them) a couple of services and was happy with one of them. Once you sign up, you are committed to an auto-renewal with them. Be aware, the only notice you will receive is by logging into their system, or noticing a charge on your credit card. Be VERY careful when signing up for this service. Apparently I got a courtesy email 30 days before my auto renewal if I wanted to cancel. I get 2-4 emails from them daily and don't open everyone of them. I noticed a charge on my credit card a few days after it hit and emailed billing right away. Lauren responded with a long email with screenshots how I had signed up for auto-renewal and auto renewal is canceled so my account will not auto-renew in 2023 and there would be no refund. 1) Awful customer service! Wait 2+ weeks if you have an issue or complaint. 2) Never expect a refund because it won't hit your account ever, even after having written proof of your request for a cancellation. 3) If you want to cancel the service, make sure you also cancel your CC on file otherwise they would continue charging you. They say that you can cancel it yourself any time on your dashboard but it seems that they have a way to "undo" the cancellation request because, magically, the cancellation request is never found ... read more

Purchased this service about 3 months ago, have since spent money on advertising it, posting, sharing… pretty much everything possible to generate some leads. Absolutely nothing! Not 1 lead received. This is a complete waste of your money to generate leads in real estate!
