Disappointed with what we were charged We were having problems with our washing machine so we had them come out to service both the washer & dryer. The service guy was very nice and told us it would cost us as much to repair the washer as it would to buy a new one. So we did appreciate him being honest about that. But it seemed a LITTLE STEEP to charge $120.00 to level the washer (NO repairs were done) and to check the temp of the dryer (again NO repairs were needed or done). I love Home Appliance! Imagine turning on your washer that you bought only a couple years prior and hearing what sounded like a jet engine each time the spin cycle runs. This was what we lived with for almost a year before we finally called the amazing people at Home Appliance.
