We called them when our washing machine wouldn’t start and would make weird noises instead of running. I was so worried that the repair would be so expensive. Luckily they didn’t charge us too much even though their technician was obviously very well trained in dealing with washing machines. He was able to diagnose the problem very easily and had it fixed up in no time at all. Overall, working with this home appliance service has been such a good experience. I am very happy with their work.

RUN! They are a scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They want to charge $300 for the LABOR ONLY to repair a dryer motor (the dryer motor is provided by the manufacturer because it is still under warranty), AND DO NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY for their service. They told me because if the part was not provided by them, they can't guarantee. but HELLO IT IS PROVIDED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER!!!, I also asked one woman who works there why only labor charge cost more, she told me because they can get a better price and a discount from the... read more

I'm happy with the end result of my experience with Wakefield Appliance Repair’s home appliance repairs. My freezer was leaking water inside the fridge and the technician was quick in spotting the problem and attending to it. He also gave helpful advice for the future. This company is great! Very satisfactory and unforgettable experience.
