Thanks to Home Appliance Repair Point Pleasant for your great service on my washing machine. It stopped working a couple of days ago so I contacted this appliance service company. I don’t regret calling them because they were nothing but professional, patient, and friendly to me. They had a technician come over to check my washing machine and provide the necessary repair. If we have any more issues with our other appliances, I’ll be sure to keep in touch with them.
I was using my dryer when suddenly it stopped working after making some noise. I called them and the technician arrived as soon as he could. He was polite and made me understand what had to be done. My dryer got fixed after less than an hour. Kudos to their team!
