I had a good experience with this appliances repair specialist. When I called Home Appliance Repair Bayonne, I was already surprised with their competitive pricing. My washing machine won’t agitate because of a worn drive motor. The technician removed the old motor and placed a new one.

Every weekend I do my laundry and last week was different – my washer wasn’t spinning at all. This opted me to call Home Appliance Repair Bayonne for their home appliance service. Turned out the drive belt was broken and needed replacement. I was thankful I called them, I was able to finish my laundry the same day.

My husband called Home Appliance Repair Bayonne when our washer abruptly quit spinning. Their appliance service technician was punctual and he rendered a remarkable job in fixing the faulty motor. He relayed to me the reasons why this happened and he was honest enough to tell me that in case the same problem happens again, the entire motor should be replaced. I appreciate the straightforward service and reasonable pricing!

I called for information but before I finished my first question I was interrupted saying they don't have a store ok. Then I tried to ask another question about replacement of freezer door but I was again rudely interrupted before I finished my question "we don't sell parts" I was told.....but that was not my question. I would never have them repair my appliance ....they don't listen to the customer.....they assume they know what you want. Very poor customer focus.
