Got a terrific price on a higher-end Weber grill. The big box stores didnt get close price-wise.I got free assembly and a free cover (probably about a \$50-\$60 value on a grill this size.The process was stress free, and did I mention free assembly?
Years ago when they had one store Gerhards was a good place to buy any type of appliance. Now that the sons are running things they have totally lost their focus on the customer. I have experienced very poor service after buying a dishwasher in August, 2009, the people scheduling service were so difficult to deal with I actually drove to the Frazier store to try and schedule service. The days of buying products from independent / small businesses are over, sadly.
