Read the BBB.org reviews and complaints for LPI, Inc. (the manufacturer) before buying. Unfortunately, this company has quite the scam going, and we fell for their bait & switch. LPI supposedly creates (or at least owns) the Catalina and Pinnacle brands. We purchased what was supposed to be a Signature Spa brand from an LPI roadshow, which was ultimately a tent in a mall parking lot.
