Management burning out staff with endless tasks, bureaucracy, and micromanaging that takes away from client care. Services are being eroded through provincially dictated algorithms that cause coordinators to be handcuffed to provide adequate and quality care. We are very fortunate to have Care Coordinator Scott O. as the coordinator for my grandpa. Scott validates our concerns and responds to our voicemails in a timely way. Scott is very kind and recognizes that being a caregiver can be hard. It is apparent that he really cares about his patients, and it's nice to feel heard and understood.
