We are very fortunate to have Care Coordinator Scott O. as the coordinator for my grandpa. Scott validates our concerns and responds to our voicemails in a timely way. Scott is very kind and recognizes that being a caregiver can be hard. It is apparent that he really cares about his patients, and it's nice to feel heard and understood.
