CarePartners is amazing. They are great nurses who provide excellent care and treatment to those in need. With locations all over Ontario, they provide a tremendously important service.
I visited this CarePartners location today to gather information about iron infusion services for myself, as I am severely iron deficient, and to learn more about care options that may be available for my elderly disabled mother who is struggling with COPD & diabetes. Before I had even fully exited my vehicle, a staff member approached me and immediately said, "You can't park here. It's for clients only." Pathetic professionalism, non responsive attitude unless you complaint and then they will respond properly. Health related services should show better professional attitude and ethics.
Went in for an iron infusion and Adrian was amazing. It was my first time having an IV put in and he made it so comfortable, I didn’t even feel the needle go in I had no reason to be nervous! Thank you again, Adrian :)
Besides a small wait time, I was very happy with my experience here. Nurse Deb has a very light touch to the point where her procedures are relatively pain-free compared to other wound care nurses I have had out of town. I was also stressed out/scared and she put my mind at ease, making everything go much smoother than I had anticipated :)
