Went in for an iron infusion and Adrian was amazing. It was my first time having an IV put in and he made it so comfortable, I didn’t even feel the needle go in I had no reason to be nervous! Thank you again, Adrian :)
Besides a small wait time, I was very happy with my experience here. Nurse Deb has a very light touch to the point where her procedures are relatively pain-free compared to other wound care nurses I have had out of town. I was also stressed out/scared and she put my mind at ease, making everything go much smoother than I had anticipated :)
staff are friendly and helpful. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Tara, who has been incredibly kind and supportive and has kept me laughing through the experience (because when we're dealing with challenging moments, sometimes if you don't laugh, you'll cry). Joanne in scheduling has also been wonderful to work with and I'm thankful for her consideration in making sure to find space for me on the schedule.
The staff that work here are top shelf. Its very unfortunate that those that perform the scheduling (whom don’t work onsite), seem to drop the ball CONSTANTLY & CONSISTENTLY. I give the nurses a ton of credit, its gotta be extremely frustrating. All RNs i’ve dealt with are very compassionate, empathetic and put their patients first!
Went to this clinic to receive an iron infusion. This is the first time I've ever walked out of an appointment. Nurse couldn't get the IV line in and seemed confused as to why it wasn't going in. She went to get another Nurse to put it in and he was examining my arm too trying to figure out where to put it in. I go for bloodwork constantly and have had many IVs put in.
