Had an iron infusion done last week and it was a great experience. No issues scheduling or the day of. They called me the morning of to confirm. When I arrived, Nurse Melania brought me into a room right away. She was very efficient and friendly! I had a nice reclining chair and the infusion took just over an hour! Melania was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. I had no reactions and no discomfort at all! Thank you Care Partners :)
Been going here for 4+ months and have had nothing but problems. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare they change your appointment times without notifying you and then blame you for missing your appointment. We’ve shown up for a 9am appointment for them to tell us they have it in for 11am. Yesterday called the head line booked an appointment for us to get there and tell us the appointment doesn’t exist when it does because the service line confirmed. Horrible. They are open until 8 floors are locked after a certain time and the one watching the cameras is to busy on his switch to open the door so you are late for appointments. They are quick. No explanation and just move you in and out
CarePartners is amazing. They are great nurses who provide excellent care and treatment to those in need. With locations all over Ontario, they provide a tremendously important service.
I visited this CarePartners location today to gather information about iron infusion services for myself, as I am severely iron deficient, and to learn more about care options that may be available for my elderly disabled mother who is struggling with COPD & diabetes. Before I had even fully exited my vehicle, a staff member approached me and immediately said, "You can't park here. It's for clients only."
