Just visited the Paramed medical team thru Home & Community Care on Kent Street in Lindsay and have to say the experience was 5 stars. The nurses, Robin & Jen, were so professional & caring that the appointment was over before I knew it. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Angry, bitter staff that have zero customer service skills. ONA seriously needs to revoke the licenses of some of these nurses for the way they treat cancer patients. Then they lie to the case workers to cover their mistreatment of patients. And don't believe the 5 star reviews. Like all bad reviews on Google, insiders and employees need to pad some fake 5 stars to bring themselves back up from zero.
