If I could give negative stars I would, I have requested to speak with the GM on 3 separate occasions and have been met with silence. JT has become unresponsive completely. Absolutely horrible experience with Home Alarm LLC. From the beginning, communication was misleading, promises weren’t followed through on, and getting straight answers became nearly impossible once paperwork was signed. No solicitation means No solicitation. I have a sign "no solicitation", and yet I get a knock on the door. You get zero stars for not reading the sign on the door.
Appalling and Aggressive Behavior from Management ★☆☆☆☆ I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the shocking and unprofessional behavior I experienced from the management at Home Alarm LLC, an ADT Authorized Dealer. Their Regional Manager, Shelby Schrock, came to my home in Lavon to pick up a yard sign. Courtney was a great salesman and made sure we understood everything included in the contract. Omar, our technician, did an amazing job with our installation. He made sure to walk us through everything and check that we were okay with everything’s placement before installation. He was very patient with all our questions and with us changing our mind on a few things. He was very knowledgeable in what he does and provided the best guidance on things.
