Truly an unpleasant experience at this shop, so much so I am compelled to write this review and hopefully save others the misfortune that we encountered with the ownership of this store- clearly people that genuinely lack basic customer service skills and choose to be unwilling to make an reasonable accomdation/be flexible and lose a local resident as a customer for life.
