My Stiltz elevator installed 10 months ago is in need of repair. Repeated calls to the company go unanswered. Follow up service after sale is extremely poor. Although their warranty is one year from installation it is no good since they never respond to my phone calls. Since posting this review I have been able to contact the company. Apparently a new telephone system was causing many problems for them. A service man was sent to my home and the issue resolved. I ordered grab bars from Home Access Remodeling in September. I requested oil rubbed bronze to match my current shower decor. Understandably so, these are not stocked and are ordered as requested from their supplier. I worked with John Dean through this entire process. He kept in routine contact with me to keep me updated on my order status.
