I received a new blood pressure machine in the mail. I did not request this nor did my insurance co. What do I do with it. These reviews make me nervous. Is there a chance they are billing my insurance or Medicare for this.
PLEASE BEWARE this company will send test kits unsolicited. When you ask them to stop contacting you they want you to verify your DOB, address, phone number and insurance information in order for them to take you off their call list. DO NOT give them any of your personal info. They are extremely aggressive with their tactics. They are really good a deceiving you making you think its a part of your health insurance coverage. They use the name everlywell care team
I've had run-ins with Mary Vogt, the managing director, and she was quite rude and unprofessional.
Deserves -10 stars. Garbage company who sends unsolicited test kits, claimed Anthem ordered it. Same thing last year; contacted them and told not to send these kits, I have a real doctor that orders the appropriate lab tests to be conducted at a real lab. Sent tests again this year; called them again and they said the only way to stop them was to provide my full name, address, date of birth and SS #. Scammers, like any rational person will do that. Everly the Company that has bought Home Access Health Corperation has decided it was a good idea to send me a letter in the mail today. Please be advised any unauthorized packages sent to me or my address with or without a letter sent prior WILL cause legal action to be taken. The company "Everly" That bought you seems to think they can send spam to people's home addresses. Rethink your choices. Harassment is illegal and will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law!
