Absolutely the worst loan experience I have ever had. Even after I was approved for the loan and they have my 20% down payment they are harrassing me over something that has nothing to do with my ability to pay the loan back. I mean I am trying to put the loan on auto pay and will soonn be paying half of it off. Yet I am being hassled over a 204 dollar tax bill on a property I am selling and is the buyers repsonsibilty to pay.
