The manager and her daughter are very rude and not professional at all. Her wonderful staff makes up for her shortcomings. What a shame!

RecommendedI Love all of the Scrapbooking area. I Love all the album kits you can select from. I Love all the themed selections you can get. Once we hit the Bella Blvd Sale they hosted, OMG Awesome. It is a nice lil trip there up 173 from the Machesney Park area.

They shouldn't look down their nose at customers who aren't dressed in the dressiest of dress. A customer is a person with cash to spend. I'll never shop there after the horrific experience I had while shopping in my paint splattered clothing. Never.
