As a buyer and seller refused to follow through with a FHA loan she accepted making my lending no good this title company is holding my earnest money hostage for 3 years and will turn it over to the state when the seller was at fault!! Due to she refuses to release earnest money back when she was at default with an agreement she signed. Connie does not communicate very good and refusing to send out a demand letter to seller which is first step in taking legal action to get my earnest money back.

Very very unhappy with this Title company it took Three days to Fund my account and each time there was an issue and excuse. Don’t use this company for any of your business

Terrible service. Phyllis Alexander was handling the title on the land I bought with cash. She said it was the best and fastest way to conduct business. It took an entire year before the transaction was completed. The president, ceo whatever his figurehead title is, David Busch will stand behind her incompetence, which tells me the company as a whole is incompetent. He said I made snide remarks about his woman. It certainly wasn't me that drug out a "simple and easy" title transfer for a year. Find another title company.
