We ordered the bed in early January, it arrived in April—we waited three months! When we took apart the old bed and started assembling the new one, we noticed that some of the mounting hardware was missing! We called and emailed the company, and a week later they replied that we’d have to wait another 5–8 weeks for them to send the missing parts! In my opinion, this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Waiting six months is too long!
Listen to the bad reviews. Item arrived damaged and they’re stalling instead of issuing a return label and refund. Their phone number is run by an AI bot that will hang up on you without resolving issues.

Terrible experience with Homary. They sent me the wrong item and then ignored me for over a month while I tried to get them to arrange a pickup and fix their mistake. Even after a final notice, they still didn’t respond. Now I’m stuck with a large, expensive item I didn’t order and zero support from their customer service. Completely unacceptable. Buy at your own risk.
