My Father a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran purchased a home in full from Homark Homes 2 years ago. The home was never delivered & Homark blamed my elderly father. After some investigation I found the reason the home was not delivered was because Homark has not paid their employees. My dad paid $17,100 to have his own house moved and set. So far have had a very good experience with Homark. Explored most of the other in state options for a 2 story custom modular home and Homark had a better combination of price and quality than the other options. Right now our home is being built in the factory and will report back about finished product but so far so good!
We had an awful experience working with Homark. They got their sale and from there they cut corners on everything and craftsmanship was sub par. I WOULD NOT recommend them.
These homes are built so well for our cold weather!
