I have always loved shopping at Homage until today. My husband and I were waiting in the line outside the store with our 8 month old baby that was in a carrier on me when a manager came outside to tell us that we could not bring our baby in because she wasn't wearing a mask due to another child throwing up in the store? Very disappointed with their COVID restriction. I have a one year old who is too young to wear a mask . I get not having her run around but they wouldn’t even let me hold her in the store . She has to seated. You trying getting a one year old to sit still . Don’t understand why I couldn’t just hold my daughter in the store . Would have been the same as sitting in a wagon .... no other store has that restriction. They are understanding with kids who can not wear mask. Homage has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.
Terrible return policy I just wanted to exchange a size medium for a large. Sure, but for an extra charge
Too pricey to get by with poor customer service. Page administrator continues the poor customer experience by immediately blocking an account when the person expresses frustration. Pathetic.
Usually really good... pricy but worth it for the creative designs! Today not a great experience. Picked out a shirt, the sign on the table offered if we don’t have your size we can help you out, waited in line, got to the sales assistant and asked if she could get me a different size, she couldn’t have been less helpful... “what’s on the table is what’s on the table...” asked about the sign and she didn’t want to know. I put down my other items and walked out.

High quality products and top notch customer service from the staff! My family and I made a trip to Columbus from Indiana for Comic Con, then we stopped off at the world famous Homage and we were not disappointed! Keep up the good work and we can't wait to get your emails about your new products and sales!
