We had an amazing stay here! Really recommend for a romatic stay.
Séjour de 4 nuits, à la mi-juin 2025 pour nos 20 ans de mariage. Bel endroit et si nous y étions restés 3 nuits au lieu de 4, nous aurions mis 5☆. Le site est beau, de même que les chalets et le circuit hamman qui est vraiment super! Le problème est survenu lors de la 4e nuit, alors qu'un arbre est tombé sur notre voiture à 3h30 du matin pendant un orage (causant pour près de 12000$ de dommages sur notre voiture pratiquement neuve). With regards to the company’s copy-pasted email response below, we would like to reiterate the dismissive attitude of the attendant on site. The condescending attitude is reflected in the email below as well. There was no “understanding” shown to the stress this caused us, and no acknowledgement of the risk in what has happened at chalet #12: the control panel in the steam room glitched and entered a runaway state at a high temperature, with no accessible off switch.
