I would give zero stars if I can. Bad customer service. Sales people promote for bad products and give promises to customers and don’t apply it. Bought a mattress with a promise that it’s returnable and 120 days guarantee, and when I went to return or exchange that said no that doesn’t apply. Tried to meet with the sales person her name is Deena B, she said oh I’ll be there in few minutes.
