We purchased a complete set of condo Hurricane strength windows and sliders in 2017 . It included a “ life time warranty “ ..However they leaked in 2021 ..causing us to make an insurance claim .. They “ resealed “ them .. However they leaked again last month 2024 Now having trouble getting them to come out and fix “ their “ windows ….not taking calls . Not happy with this company ..never order from them again !!
Called Hom Excel re problem with one of my windows. Service guys, Perry and Jacob definitely knew what they were doing. They arrived on time and were fast and efficient. Problem solved.
I had a very good experience with Hom-Excel on our recent windows & doors install. They look great and we hope to have years of satisfaction. Herb was the salesman, Eric was over service (I called for a few things and they got right on it). Perry and (I think it was a Jason?) did a great job with all the touch up final details, they went above and beyond. Now, I just hope the product is as good as it looks, of course, that's always where time will tell, but I'm hopeful they are good quality for years to come. Thanks Hom... read more
On March 28th Hom-Excel, Inc.'s representatives arrived to install new windows in my condo. They realized the window measurements taken by salesman Herb were incorrect and the windows will have to be re-ordered. Despite my follow up emails and phone calls no windows were ordered and no final installation date given. The written contract clearly states windows must be installed by April 12th. I filled formal complaint with the BBB.
