I’ve worked several realtors over the years (In other states) and found the experience of buying in the BZN market with Erin the easiest and most enjoyable. She knows the area, the builder reputations, laws and regulations, and what style we liked. Other realtors simply handled paperwork while Erin was a guide, which I appreciated as a former mountain guide.
