Just drove 7 1/2 hours to trade and take delivery on a RAM Tungsten. Best car buying experience I have had in over 40 years buying cars. Can’t get anyone to call me back on my jeep, I’ve been driving their loaner a week or two after buying my car from them. Just want an eta on a part, tractor pull seemed to take precedence and our salesman is always out of the office. We receive no communication whatsoever. Calling our bank today to see about options and then the better business bureau. I’m gutted since I traded my baby (2015 Jeep) for something I don’t have.
