Can’t get anyone to call me back on my jeep, I’ve been driving their loaner a week or two after buying my car from them. Just want an eta on a part, tractor pull seemed to take precedence and our salesman is always out of the office. We receive no communication whatsoever. Calling our bank today to see about options and then the better business bureau. I’m gutted since I traded my baby (2015 Jeep) for something I don’t have.
