Don't even bother. You apparently need to "camp out" to be first to get a vehical they have online. They won't return calls. They don't have the time to talk to customers. I am glad we didn't make the 3 hour trip. The salesman that we 1st talked to and the secretary was RUDE!!! The 2nd salesman was friendly but honestly I shouldn't have even called back and gave them a chance. I have never experienced a car dealership like this one and hope I never do again.
Updating per my last review, sales manager and another higher up called me. Promised to make something work in my budget since the lack of communicated has made me pay on a Jeep that I haven’t even had and put me in a shit loaner. The jeep cut off while driving and I had my 10 year old in the car, we were stuck in the intersection cars whirring around us, unable to put it in neutral or drive to get us to safety.
