Best diesel repair shop hands down! Very transparent about repair options, and very much wants to educate you about things your car either might need in the future, or things it needs right now. I feel like he has my best interests in mind when he gives me repair options. He is not out here trying to nickel and dime you, he just really wants to help you understand the complete story of what condition your car is in.
Leaving my 5 star review even before work is finished this time, I'm that confident from my last experience. Best mechanic ever. Chris is honest, patient, helpful, willing to do what's right over what's easy, and at the same time educate me on options and tradeoffs. This is a good place to get your vehicle worked on. I picked up my buddy Andrew that was speaking highly of the staff and affordability of this place.
Chris helped with a fuel problem on my old Cummings and then helped sell the truck while I was working out of town. 100% great experience dealing with Chris and his team. They have a vast amount of knowledge and experience saving time and money well over and above the majority of shops I have felt with in the past. There is no other shop I would recommend or have work on my personal Diesel vehicle within the Heber and or Salt Lake area.
Chris is way smart , especially at Ford diesel trucks, and he gives super good recommendations for how to go about the repairs, possible options, and he loves to educate you on how things work. He did up a cool sketch on his whiteboard of how the diesel catalyst system works. He goes in depth when he explains things and genuinely wants to help you out. Hes not afraid to walk you out in the shop and show you whats causing the issues. Very nice guy, suggest everyone take their trucks, cars, whatever you got to him!
