I called to transfer a Rx due to my regular pharmacy being out of the regular brand , the pharmacist literally tells me " yea, no problem, we can fill with the regular brand, when I got to the pharmacy they gave me the exact brand that I have an allergy to, and now just stuck with the uncomfortable symptoms from the brand they did fill with. The staff was rude, unprofessional and made a decision based on a stigma rather than the welfare of the patient. Shame on you Holzer. If our "medical professionals " won't stop stigmatiz... read more
never give an exact time I have been here for a hour and half was told 30 minutes then go check turns into a hour 30 minutes after waiting now after waiting 45 more minutes told another 30 minutes.. Son has pneumonia doesn't feel like waiting 2 hours for medicine..
