Had my transmission reflashed after replacement. Had me in/out satisfied with treatment. And all of service department was professional and welcoming.

Edited Recently i have 2023 equinox RS that has a coax cable for my front sensors and grillle camera that is frayed. They insist it's from impact damage. I have had no collision on the passenger side of the vehicle. Only a deer that hit the driver side fender doors and rear bumper. I payed for an extended warranty and a faulty cable is not being serviced. This is causing my grille camera to glitch and it shows on the infotainment a system charge issue. Saturday February 15th. They are incompetent or untrustworthy. We were looking for a specific vehicle. We found it online at this dealership. We called to make sure it was still available. They confirmed it was. We made an appointment for 4:30 pm. They said they would have it ready for a test drive. Then we drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to get there. Arrived at 3:45 pm.
