My salesperson Mike Peil @Holz GMC was very non-pressure through the vehicle purchasing process. The entire experience was very smooth and all questions answered, at no point did I feel that I was being oversold on any add on, or pressured to purchase other products for my vehicle. I went in there and looked at a Cadillac ct5 and from the start they seemed like they wanted nothing to do with me. Ended up agreeing on numbers, and got approved through the bank and they totally shook me off and the manager was very disrespectful even after I drove an hour and a half there twice in a week. Bought many cars from the Holz in hales corners and am very disappointed with the one in Watertown I wish I could put negative stars. DON’T BE A YOUNG MAN WITH MONEY IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!
